Part of Making Sure You Have A Great Experience Is Giving You the Information You Need

Why Should I Use A Travel Agent?

We work hard on your behalf. Our role as a travel agent is to make your vacation a stress-free and memorable experience. We spend time not only booking tickets and searching for affordable prices, but also personalizing your vacation.

Clients who come to us desire an in-depth, personal approach and want the advice and expertise of a professional.

How Much Does Your Service Cost?

Our fees are paid by our commissions through the vendor. You receive the same price (and often lower) for the rooms and tickets you book with us as you would if you called the hotel or airline yourself. In many cases, we can find discounts and other promotional offerings that you might not know about.

What are the benefits of using a travel agent compared to the Internet?

The Internet can be a powerful tool. It can allow you to check hundreds of options or research destinations in depth. But to make the Internet work effectively, a person has to understand where to look and what questions to ask, otherwise hours can be wasted surfing the Web and ultimately produce unsatisfactory results. This is where Belles à Bound can make a world of difference.

Am I able to apply a deposit on my vacation instead of paying in full at time of booking?

Yes. The actual deposit amount required varies based on the airfare and hotel accommodations selected.

How does Price Matching work?

  • You get a printed confirmation of the competitor’s quote on headed paper or print out a Web page with the specific carrier or provider (including class of service), hotel (including room type), cruise line (including ship and cabin category), rental car company and vehicle class, applicable refund policy, dates and times of travel or service, routings (for example, same stopovers), number of passengers and other and date of quote clearly shown.
  •  Email your proof of price to travel@bellesabound.com
  •  We will check the quote for availability and booking conditions that same day.
  •  If we are able to confirm that all the booking details are still available to be booked as per the itinerary quoted, we will match it.

Boom! You’re done. Easy, huh?!?

We know that you have many choices when purchasing your vacation, but we are confident no one delivers the 24/7/365 care like we do. And now that we’ve taken price out of the equation, you can let us provide you with unparalleled customer support to ensure your vacation is enjoyable – start to finish!

Do I really need the trip insurance?

Consider this- no matter how healthy you or other family members may be, the unexpected can happen. In that event, are you content to lose money? Trip protection helps you recover some of those losses and also protects you during the course of your vacation, should something happen while you are on it.

Can I use my frequent flyer miles?

Yes. Just let us know at the time of booking.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you are sure which dates you wish to travel, we would advise you to make your reservation. During traditionally busy periods (Christmas, Carnival, Easter, Summer), we would book as early as possible. To obtain the lowest price, airfare must be book within 14 days or more in advance. Some destinations as the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America no advance purchase is required.
